Frequently Asked Questions:
Why should I choose Majestic Photo for my wedding ?
Experience.
I have been shooting weddings in the Tri-State area for the past 15 years
leaving hundreds of satisfied customers. The day goes by quickly and everything
doesn't always run on schedule. You need someone with the experience and
expertise to quickly adapt to any situation that may arise.
Where is your studio located?
I do not have a store front, preferring to work out of my home in Mahopac, NY. I
meet with prospective customers in their homes or other convenient location
anywhere in the Hudson Valley and Tri-State area including NYC.
Can I have some pictures in Black and White?
Since everything is shot digitally any picture can be easily converted to black
and white.
Do you offer packages?
I prefer to put together a custom package that will exactly fit your needs.
However you can check out the Pricing page on this website for some examples
of typical packages.
How much time should I allow for the formal pictures?
First of all remember that I will work within any time restrictions that occur. This
is where experience becomes very important. However if you have the flexibility to
schedule time I would allow at least 1 to 2 hours for the family and formal
photography. The more time we have the more creative we can get with the
photos and video.
What kind of albums do you have?
I offer a variety of albums including the standard slip-in, reverse mounted,
traditional flush or the more contemporary hingeless "book" style flush album. All
my standard albums I sell are top quality, hand made in the USA with genuine
leather covers. All come with custom imprinting on the front. I will gladly
come to you to your home to show you examples.
I also offer a line of beautiful hand crafted, custom designed Italian albums.
Can you put the pictures online so my friends and family can view them?
Yes. And the great news is that this service is included in almost all of the
packages that we put together. Also your friends and family can purchase copies
of any photo directly so you won't have to be bothered with trying to order copies
for everyone.
OK, everything sounds great, what do I have to do to book you?
I'll need a signed contract and a deposit of 1/3 of the total fee. The next 1/3 is
due two weeks before the event. The final payment with be due either upon
delivery of the proofs or final video.
I accept cash or check.
